Culture, Heritage & Local-Led Adaptation

Culture is not a backdrop it is a living system of knowledge, resilience, and identity. We center cultural restoration as a core strategy for ecological justice and community-led adaptation.

  • Mesa Mar Dani (Granny Table)
A space of storytelling, reflection, and decision-making led by elder women. It serves as a cultural council where memory meets strategy preserving wisdom on farming, healing, governance, and care.
  • Aguch Dani (Granny Pot)
Symbolizes nourishment of both body and spirit. It’s where indigenous recipes, seed-saving traditions, and communal cooking practices are preserved and celebrated.
  • Collaborative Alliances
We work with local cultural institutions, elders’ councils, youth collectives, and artivists to revive oral histories, rituals, and indigenous governance models—bridging ancestral wisdom with modern advocacy.
